13.01. This Decree remains in force until 31 December 2023. It is then renewed automatically from year to year, unless the group comprising the employer contracting party or the union contracting party opposes it by sending written notice to the Minister of Labour and to all the contracting parties comprising the other group, during the month of June 2023 or during the month of June of any subsequent year.
